Volkswagen is one of the manufacturers are developing electric cars VW Golf Blue E-Motion, followed by Nissan and Chevrolet.
As CNET's review of VW Golf Blue E-Motion equipped with
lithium-ion battery with a 26.5 kilowatt-hours of power. It is estimated, with
a capacity of battery charge, the car can drive up to 93 miles or so, or about
150 km. From the test results conducted CNET drive, the VW Golf Blue E-Motion
